HoYeon

South Korean model-turned-actor Hoyeon received global recognition and praise after the global achievement of the Netflix original series Squid Game, in which she appeared as Kan Sae-byeok. She was often referred to by the name of Player 067. Hoyeon was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress. She was also awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award for the Best Performance by an Actor Female in an Drama Series. Originating from Myeonmok-dong which is a suburb in Seoul Hoyeon started her professional career by working as a model freelance when she walked in Seoul Fashion Week. The Korean version of Next Top Model was her fourth season and she ended with a runner-up finish. She made her debut on the international scene at the end of 2016 when Louis Vuitton offered her an exclusive contract worldwide. She's appeared in many campaign since then and has also appeared on runways for many designers, including Fendi as well as Marc Jacobs.
