Sharni Vinson

The girl was born in NSW, Australia, Sharni Vinson grew up in Sydney's southern suburb of Cronulla. She competed in the National Level of Swimming as teenager, and was the holder of four State records throughout the course of her high school. Sharni started singing, dancing and acting at a very young age. She was the 3rd generation of performers within her family. She was surrounded by performers in musical theatre and her mother was awarded the Borovansky Ballet Company scholarship to England in 1945. Sharni enrolled at Brent Street School of Performing Arts Sydney when she was 12 years old. Through the following ten years Sharni was trained to perform in a variety of styles of dancing. When she was 17 following her graduation from high school, Sharni was signed to Roadshow Music Australia as a participant in the all-girl pop group "Foxfire IV" and their debut track 'Roses' reached the top 50 on the australian ARIA charts.
