Tessa Tessa Amanda AmandaPointe Claire is a sleepy community on that part of the island of Montreal known as the West Island. It led to an Fine Arts Talent Scholarship at York University where she attended the Theatre Program which she graduated with her Bachelor in Fine Arts degree in 2000.In the past 20 years, Brugel has landed roles in over 60 shows that have screened on both small and large screen, attracting the greatest interest when she was offered her role as Rita on the award-winning TV series, The Handmaid's Tale
